Back From Review

I got my paper back from Development last week. Initially I was a little taken aback by the number of experiments that the reviewers requested that I do before the paper be accepted for publication. But good news finally came today. Steve talked to the editor in charge of my paper. He was able to negotiate down the number of experiments required and it looks like I should be able to resubmit my paper by the end of January or early February. They aren't going to require a re-review, also very good news. I started the crosses for the final experiments and with a few more weeks of work should have the paper (and the last of my lab work) completed.
